Betting & Gaming Rules

For Sports Betting — including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, and Esports markets — the following general principles apply:

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after submission except where a Cash Out option is explicitly available for that market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules for that sport and market type.

Account Suspension & Closure

You may also close your own me5 game account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (after deduction of any ineligible bonus amounts) will be returned to your registered PKR payment method.
